The Milligan ID Card Center is located in the lower floor of the Student Union Building, next to the Kegley Computer Center.

Federal law requires that you present a valid photo ID before we can issue you a new Milligan Student ID card. Acceptable photo ID’s include your current Milligan ID Card, a driver’s license, or your passport.
If you lose your Milligan ID card, please notify us immediately by calling 423-461-8704 or by filling out the Lost Milligan ID card form.
