Step One
Click the Microsoft Windows button located in the bottom left hand corner as shown below. Note: If you are running Windows XP click Start button instead.
Step Two
Right click on Computer.You should then see the picture below. Then Left Click Map Network Drive. Note: If you are running Windows XP right click on My Computer instead.
Step Three
Select the drive letter by clicking the down arrow then click the drive letter of your choosing. In the Folder field, type \servernamefolder (Example: \fileusername$). Click Finish. You may be prompted for your username and password. Make sure to preface your username with milligan followed by your username. Below are some examples of the typical drive mappings. If you are unsure about the mapping path please contact the helpdesk at 461-8704.
