The IT department is unable to provide maintenance on Inkjet and LaserJet office printers. We stopped issuing office printers because they are expensive to use and maintain. If you still have a printer on your desk, we are not able to troubleshoot print quality or hardware issues. If you are ready to e-waste your old printer, please contact the IT department for assistance.
